grace in small things

This has been a long week. My friend's daughter had a baby 5 weeks ago. She had some complications after her c-section due to Dr. negligence...she has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks. She has almost died several times. They were sending her home last Monday and then she had a seizure. So back into ICU and a multitude of tests later....still no diagnosis. The baby is absolutely beautiful!! Hopefully, they can find what caused the seizure and get this mama home to her baby soon. We are all praying for her.

We are dogsitting for a friend. Gracie is a 2 year old chocolate lab....she's little compared to my huge Nestle! Having another dog around is making me appreciate all of Nestle's quirks!
Most of the snow has melted...we are now officially ready for good snow is all we need, now it needs to be flip-flop weather.
